Hi! I'm very interested to hear your experience and advice on finding temporary replacement work. What do you think is the best way for a healthcare professional to find temporary positions? Which platforms, agencies or professional networks do you find most effective for finding temporary replacements?

I would like to share my experience, perhaps it will be useful. When I was looking for a temporary job in the healthcare sector, I first tried standard job sites, but I realized that they do not always provide quick results for short-term contracts. Specialized agencies that work specifically with healthcare workers have proven themselves to be the best - they offer ready-made options and take on the organization of all the details, from contracts to housing, if we are talking about traveling positions. In addition, I would advise actively using professional networks, for example, LinkedIn: there are thematic groups and communities where employers often publish offers directly. In my case, this helped me quickly get in direct contact with clinics. And one more thing - word of mouth. Colleagues often share proven agencies and platforms, and this is much more reliable than random sites. So I would recommend combining these approaches, then the result comes much faster.
